Job Description
- Collaborate with concerned plant management team members to prioritize closing gaps and fulfilling compliance requirements which involves setting action plan, establishing site policies, procedure, programs, processes and assessment of field implementation.
- Collaborate with communications department and other concerned plant management team members to create, prepare tools for needed health and safety communication plans in order to maintain engagement and motivation of employees and contractors to execute H&S objectives.
- Ensure all safety targets and objectives have been addressed on annual basis in plant health and safety improvement plan and monitor implementation of targets and objectives to sustain and challenge results and progress with all parties.
- Ensure safety signs are well defined, adequately placed to reflect hazards, and well maintained in all plant areas and locations, do that with cooperation with other coordinators in HS department.
- Develop inspection system and feedback to concerned plant management team members to correct findings and collaborate to include inspections in first level inspection carried out by operations and maintenance.
- Manage cost optimization in his area by preparing all required PRs for required tools, equipment, specific PPE & services and follow up purchasing to get offers, evaluate technically and follow up to issue PO and delivery.
- Establish and maintain the physical, mental and social well-being of workers and facilitate the rehabilitation process towards reintegration into the workplace (Occupational health / HASOP)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering, Science, Agriculture.
- Very Good English Knowledge
- Computer Skills.
- Active, ambitious, passionate.
- Experience in food & beverage production is preferable.
