Job Description

About the Job

  • Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center.
  • Handle customer complaints or support issues.
  • Enter customer data on the system
  • Answer and screen any incoming phone calls from our customers while providing basic information when needed.
  • Make outbound calls to our customers
  • Update the sales manager with the service level incoming complaints. Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.
  • Handling inquiries completely and accurately
  • Handle and solve all inquiries, requests and complaints received via all channels available (phone, fax, e-mail and …etc.)
  • Respect and apply company vision, mission and values.
  • Use available methods and tools to develop own skills.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fresh Graduated Most welcome
  • Experience 0-1 year
  • Very good English both spoken and written
  • Maximum Age 25 years old
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Strong Customer Orientation.
  • Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a team.
  • Presentable
  • Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.
  • High sense of time management.
