Job Description
- Help define all projects scope, goals and expected outcome and foresee issues or problems may be faced in order to establish alternatives without affecting efficiency.
- Make sure that plans are made for projects requested from each BU with approved time frame, due dates, budget & task owners and that each eventually meets the overall plan & target of each department & BU.
- Manage budget of each project requested, review with top management/strategic team and make sure there’s no misuse/overuse of materials or resources ultimately.
- Follow up & monitor the performance of each BU project coordinator & make sure all their tasks & reports are delivered on time.
- Evaluate and assess the result of each project and adjust the plan of upcoming tasks or projects if needed
- Give direction to department managers & top management when needed in the project or task requested in order to ensure high level of accuracy & alignment.
Job Requirements
- Faculty of engineering (mechanical -Production- electrical )
- Age (25-30)
- 2-5 experience as project manager
- PMP Certificate
