Job Description
- Review all materials delivered to the site and check it with drawings
- Controlling of all documents revision for the project
- Preparing and performing punch list follow up till final handover
- Executes the specific inspections of materials, equipment and construction activities
- Study Project Bill of Quantities, Drawings and Schedules
- Preparing Finishing works (Floor tiles, plastering, paintings, waterproof, heat insulation …etc.)
- Quantity Survey
- Prepare procurement requests
- Monitor projects time plan and Schedule
- Monitoring work progress
- Preparing interim payments
- Prepare and Review shop drawings and follow up drawings amendments during the implementation process
- Preparation of As-built drawings
- Implement cost-effective measures for reducing project cost
Job Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Ability to meet deadlines.

- Very good in English
- Excellent User in AutoCAD (2D, 3D) and Photoshop, Revit, 3dmax m office.
