About The Job:
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers, Vendors and the company, handle customer requests, process orders, and provide information about our services and products.
Job Description:
- Handle customer's inquiries.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
- Preparing offer and contract for customers.
- Handle emails as per business needs.
- Supporting customers with repair tickets and inquiries.
- Created call sequencing flow chart, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with vendors & Issuing a purchase order.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and status.
- Filing and data archiving.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English.
- Fluency in English.
- 2-3 Years of experience
- Gender: Male.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Interested to work in Customer Service Representatives.
- Preferably resident in Maadi.
