Job Description

  • Coach and mentor a team of Business development representatives.
  • Identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities directly and alongside team members.
  • Deliver training on sales skills, technical tools, and the product/market.
  • Partnerwith our cross-functional teams to improve workflows across teams, and ensure the team is set up for success.
  • Partner with Regional Lead to implement and improve the sales process. • Aid in the interviewing and hiring of additional sales team members.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key vertical market trends and customer opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a vertical pipeline.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English is a must
  • 5-8 years of Software sales experience, within a high-performance sales team in a high-growth environment.

Working knowledge Preferred Requirements

  • Desire to lead, coach, build and motivate a team of Brand Partnerships Managers.
  • Client facing, able to jump in on any client touchpoint to scale the business.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced or start-up environment.
  • Experiencem in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proven penchant for creative problem-solving. Proven track record of high-level negotiation and exceeding sales targets.
