Job Description
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
- Following up with the technicians & updating the customer with the status of the repaired units.
- Supervise the technical staff & divide responsibilities to insure performance
- Create & update records and database with personnel, finance & other database using the ERP.
- Welcoming customers & providing their needs.
- Create and update RMA issues with FPD.
- Handling logistics between SC & FPD.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
