Job Description

  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Prepare and monitor invoices
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Following up with the technicians & updating the customer with the status of the repaired units.
  • Supervise the technical staff & divide responsibilities to insure performance
  • Create & update records and database with personnel, finance & other database using the ERP.
  • Welcoming customers & providing their needs.
  • Create and update RMA issues with FPD.
  • Handling logistics between SC & FPD.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good team player
