Job Description
- Arrange fleet and fleet operational staff to provide support as per company needs.
- Schedule distribution planning ensuring efficiency and cost awareness.
- Utilize specialized software to organize & track fleets as per various schedules and requests.
- Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local transportation rules and regulations.
- Manage fleet rental contracts and design agreements to ensure best control over cost and fleet efficiency
- Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency (Co Owned)
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection (Co Owned).
- Managing the fleet improvement plans and responsible for the fleet day-to-day readiness.
- Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.
- The necessity to follow safety procedures for vehicles and drivers as well as drivers good behaviour with collection representatives and various departments.
- Follow up on requests from the different departments and schedule the workflow of cars according to priorities and requests.
- Coordination with different departments to prepare a weekly business and action plan for urgent requests.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 3 - 5 years
- Leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the Transportation field
- Experience in GPS based fleet management SAAS software.
- MS Office.
- Males Only.
