Job Description

  • Ensure legal compliance of the new hires according to the relevant policies.
  • Ensure that work contracts are renewed or terminated on time.
  • Overseeing end-of-service procedures and reviewing the financial settlement.
  • Prepare financial claims for social security and labor office on time.
  • Supervise monthly attendance transactions of all sectors on time.
  • Maintain the updating of employee database.
  • Ensure that employee files are archived in an organized manner.

Job Requirements

  • HR Experience 5 - 7 years (at least 1 year as supervisor or section head)
  • Candidate MUST be living in Damietta, Port-said or Mansoura as the company is located in Damietta and we do not provide transportation.
  • Full knowledge of the basics of labor law & employee relations procedures.
  • Full knowledge of social & medical insurance law.
  • Good/Very Good command in English language
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
