Job Description
HVAC Mechanical Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for(shop drawing,Submittal,Procurement) and the following job duties:
- Negotiate with and subcontractors both technical and commercial aspects
- Communicate with subcontractors to get price lists, negotiate the prices and close the deal with purchasing the agreed-on material.
- Document the project data and progress of components and equipment supply in each project to insure the steady flow of work.
- Preparing bills and submit it to the client.
- Prepare time schedules & variation orders
- Prepare Quantity Survey in coordination with Project Team
Job Requirements
Education:
- Mechanical engineering bachelor degree
Experience:
- 2-3 Years of experience
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office
Language:
- Good Command of English language
