Responsibilities & Duties:

• Generate new leads through referrals, emails, phone calls, advertising as well as direct visits.
• Determining clients’ needs and preferences and their financial concerns to propose solutions that suit them best.
• Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
• Prepare and present business proposals to promote new products and special deals to convince clients
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Maintain and update listing of available properties
• Closing deals with new clients
