Job Description
- Manage and lead testing team.
- Test in different environments including web and mobile
- Select tools and methodologies to ensure that software tests identify defects and comply with quality standards.
- Evaluate test results against expected results, implement improvements to process and recommend alternative testing as needed.
- Draft and revise test plans and scripts.
- Define scope of testing.
- Track customer facing issues.
- Follow up and escalate any unresolved issues and follow up until resolved.
Job Requirements
- +5 Years Experience as a software quality manager is a must.
- Extensive knowledge of function and department processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Review test summary report
