Job Description
- Answer inquiries from health care professionals, members of the public and internal customers concerning the safe and effective use of all products marketed by Pharmaceutical sponsors in a timely manner.
- Search relevant data sources, both internal and external, to identify and retrieve relevant data and information appropriate to answer medical information requests.
- Analyze clinical papers to identify appropriate data to answer medical information inquiries.
- Prepare written summaries of clinical data for inclusion in pre-approved responses and in response to customer inquiries.
- Handling Medical Information requests both internally & externally as per the job needs.
Job Requirements
- MD, pharmacist, dentist, and other life sciences with solid medical/technical background and proven competencies.
- Previous experience as a Medical Information Associate is advantageous.
- Business knowledge, & preferably with a clinical research background.
- Proven ability to develop a high-quality medical discussion with Medical Experts thorough knowledge of clinical medicine, disease management, and medical research in different therapeutic areas.
- Ability to understand and convey emergent scientific information.
- Proven ability to use IT tools and interface effectively with a variety of technical platforms.
- Strong personal integrity and customer focus.
- Fluency in French & English is Essential.
