Job Description
Requirement engineering is the process of requirement gathering, understanding, formulating, documenting, maintaining, and managing the requirements. A systematic and disciplined approach is needed for managing the software requirement. This role is a senior-level role that requires solid software and business background
- Work with PM, UX, Data and/or other teams to discover and agree on Business requirements
- Study the Business requirements to come up with SW solution and break them down into smaller parts (user stories) that are consistent, unambiguous, documented and detailed for developers,
- Work with PM to organize and prioritize the backlog
- Work with the development team to explain SW requirements (user stories)
- Min 3 years of experience
- Solid Software Engineering background
- Business relationship experience
- System analysis experience
- Agile practices experience
