Job Description

  • Direct supervision of the auxiliary services (drivers - delegates - mail - internal supervision - mobile lines - phone lines)
  • Determining the daily or weekly tasks of the auxiliary services to meet the needs of other departments (cars - transfers - rent apartments)
  • Supervising the periodic maintenance of cars, following up the bills for maintenance and rental of cars, and coordinating with the relevant companies and departments
  • Coordination with the Personnel and Procurement Affairs Department regarding staff uniforms and implementation of the uniform policy
  • Participate in selecting suppliers and contractors and negotiate with purchases to determine the best conditions for contracting with them
  • Participate in the formulation and preparation of administrative affairs procedures in coordination with the direct manager and other departments
  • Responsible for distributing and equipping the new employees' workplaces in cooperation with the other departments
  • Follow-up of the centers regarding the requirements of administrative affairs
  • Follow-up on the procurement requests in relation to administrative affairs
  • Supervising the provision of workplace needs with the necessary office tools and devices
  • Booking of hotels and taking care of the follow ups
  • Replacements and payment documents for administrative affairs
  • Commissary for employees
  • A commissioner for the company with the mobile companies to bring lines for the company and employees and follow up on bills
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms before meetings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Supervision experience with blue collars.
  • Experience in working on SAP System.
