Job Description
- Engage with the sales team and interpret their needs
- Oversee the proposal development process from initial proposal content creation; manage proposal creation activities, design and production of graphics, documentation reviews, and final delivery.
- Define and manage proposal plan/calendar and lead the proposal kick-off meeting.
- Create the proposal outline, identifies required deliverables, and define document structure.
- Coordinate Questions and Answers process, and work closely with the sales team to gather the most reliable information about each opportunity including (competition/customer preferences/customer site/…).
- Ensure that the most appropriate and relevant solutions for each bid are effectively pulled together from all business units participating on the proposal.
- Ensure the successful accomplishment of proposal tasks through managing internal (business/technical resources) and external (partners/supporting organizations) proposal teams.
- Review and revise documents prepared by others and coordinate the preparation of those materials in a completed bid document.
- Schedule and coordinates Proposal reviews teams and other Checkpoint meetings as needed.
- Identify resource/solution issues immediately and escalate when needed.
- Compile, edit, and proofread final proposals, which contain technical/contractual/legal content ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner.
- Prepare comprehensive, eye-catching PowerPoint presentations for defending the proposed solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position
- Technical awareness including an understanding of IT/GIS-based solutions
- Good understanding of the group’s technical products
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages
- Substantial experience using MS Office including Word and PowerPoint
