Job Description
- Drive business by prospecting existing client base and reaching out to new clients.
- Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury and stay up-to-date on fashion trends + what has low/high value
- Serve existing customer base by driving repeat business
- Maintain the repeat rate goal through outreach, including re-engagement campaigns by phone, email, and text
- Carefully review + process all items for shipment to ensure everything is cataloged + up to Nile Projects high-quality standards
- Leverage strong relationships to gain referrals for new customers
- Proactively resolve any issues/concerns
- Build new ways of setting best practices
- Be a middleman between Luxury Clients and Customer Service to solve potential queries or issues.
- Manage a qualitative relationship with the internal Customer Services, Operations & Brand Managers and collaborate deeply on all points and process
- Measure and analyze activities with Luxury Clients and track targets
- Articulate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly to all internal and external needs
- Work collaboratively with internal teams on business driving initiatives, projects, etc
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Luxury fashion, or buying positions in fashion and/or e-commerce industry.
- Strong Fashion and Luxury understanding.
- Great organization skills, detail oriented.
- Sales & business growth focus in the local area.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build long term relationships, negotiate, and manage growth.
- Ability to manage and to work with internal teams.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Strategic Thinker.
