Job Description

  • Demonstrated all vehicle features to customer.
  • Matched subprime customers with proper vehicles in order for them to secure a loan.
  • Completed yearly certifications on all new vehicles.
  • Coordinated dealer-to-dealer trades and controlled inventory.
  • Ensured maximum profitability in each transaction by up-selling finance products.
  • Maximized dealership sales by meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
  • Established long term relationship with customers developed a pattern of repeat sales, client loyalty and referrals.
  • Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Crown selling process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
  • Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
  • Meet daily phone and email quota
  • Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
  • Training will be provided

Job Requirements
