Job Description
- Teach ICT to pupils for early grades.
- To teach with proper differentiation to meet the needs of all students.
- To ensure that appropriate study materials are available in good time and liaise with those responsible for purchase.
- To ensure HW, when given, is marked to provide timely feedback to students.
- Mark and evaluate students work and write reports.
- To maintain proper classroom management to ensure effective learning.
- Meet with parents on the subject, attending parents meetings when appropriate.
Job Requirements
- Ideally with an interest in and knowledge of the anthroposophical basis of Steiner-Waldorf education and its curriculum
- A proven ability to relate to and inspire children.
- To able to communicate and work well with colleagues and parents.
- Qualification in teaching (QTS or equivalent) and degree level qualification in associated subjects (ICT)
- Teaching experience in ICT in age range 9 – 18 years
- Versatile, flexible and have initiative.
- A commitment to ensuring the safeguarding and wel lbeing of children
- Strong organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
