Job Description
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Branch.
- Responsible for how the branch run, both in the display, stock, and the management area.
- Dealing with inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
- Supervising and managing the branch Cycle.
- Achieving branch targets.
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing the success of marketing campaigns, and creating reports.
- Analyze reports data to constantly evolve and improve results.
- Managing the supporting team.
- Handling events. Either by initiating or engaging.
- Establish, develop & modify brand strategies and translate it into brands plan.
- Leads the brand’s financials by close monitoring on the budget allocation and expenditure.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of related experience.
- Good Knowledge of Social media, Google marketing channels, and online marketing campaigns.
- EXCELLENT managerial skills.
- Excellent knowledge in dealing with Microsoft office. Knowledge of ODOO operating system is a plus.
- Presentable.
- Strong Leadership and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple aspects at once.
- Have proven track of records in running projects independently and influencing the brand’s performance.
