Job Description
- Identify potential clients as per commercial strategy.
- Meet and gather data from potential clients regarding logistics requirements.
- Design logistics solutions as per client requirements by aligning with internal functions.
- Pitch logistics design to potential client and secure trial shipments.
- Introduce and onboard client to various functions on the MTS Logistics team.
- Ensure all requirements are communicated clearly and that all functions are aligned with the client's requirements.
- Follow up on client operations until the relationship is smooth, starting from pricing to collections.
- Maintain relationship between company and clients in the capacity of intermediary.
- Systematically gather feedback from clients to relay the information to the various functions of the company with the goal of improving quality.
- Gather data from clients and investigate possible areas of expansion and development
Job Requirements
- Ambition and an interest in the field of logistics
- Both written and spoken proficiency in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in research and computer use
- Good understanding of local and global geography
- Awareness of the market and a good understanding of local and global economy
