Job Description
- Lead in the development of strategies and processes to ensure that product quality and customer satisfaction are maintained
- Direct and control the staff of the quality department to ensure that they are well motivated and receive all necessary training and development to enable them to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
- Act as the company’s expert on quality management and provide any necessary training and advice to managers and staff to ensure that they pursue the objectives of total quality management and continuous improvement
- Develop quality targets and measures for all company operations and monitor the performance of the company against these
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality is required
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management
- A master’s degree in quality or a relevant field of science is preferred
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team of technicians.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential.
- Must be able to demonstrated strong organizational and managerial skills.
- The ideal candidate is certified in one or more quality-related disciplines
