Job Description

In Office Customer Service 30%

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Responsible for any incoming phone calls and provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email .

Office maintenance & Office Management 30%

  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock record office expenditure
  • Organize and chair meetings with staff - typing the agenda and taking minutes.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Administrative Activities and Reporting 40%

  • Develop and protect communication cycle internal and external
  • Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
  • Check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data
  • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations
  • Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise

Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Rotational Weekends: will be Fridays and Saturdays; except if there’s any official or mandatory event in these days
Work location: will be SAK HQ at New Cairo.
Dress Code: Formal attire

Job Requirements

  • Age: 25 to 30
  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Business or Sales.
  • Overall experience 3-4 years.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the real estate industry or same position.
  • Decision maker, Planner, Organizer
  • Communication Skills.
  • Customer Service skills
  • Independent, Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Willingness to travel and spend time out of the office
  • Understanding of, and interest in, the local property market
