Reviewing the projects specifications & requirements.
Preparing commercial and technical bids proposal.
Following up and negotiating with clients until finalizing the jobs.

Preparing the project costing and handing it over to the construction department.
Cooperation with the construction department in case of any contractual problems that occur during the execution.
Achieving the sales target while maintaining the required profit margins.

Engineering Degree qualified.
Exceptional level of computer literacy in Windows – Word, Outlook, Excel
Excellent written and spoken English
5 years experience in a similar role
Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience within the sales, contracts and procurement fields – experience working in a similar role preferable
Must have outstanding communication skills and capable of representing the company on technical/commercial issues with the clients.
Ability to relate and interact successfully with a multi‐cultural workforce at all levels is essential
Must be able to work both independently with a proactive approach and collaboratively as part of a team.
Should have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
