Job Description
- Implement and configure new banks (issuing / acquiring) products.
- Handle payments scheme certifications (VISA/MC/Meeza, etc.…).
- Provide full support for banks/clients with compliance to agreed SLA.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction in every step of problem resolution.
- Support daily operations and End of Day process for all internal teams all over the day.
- Provide Remote connection/ Mobile support, if needed.
- Support critical banks issues on non-workings hours through mobile and working from home.
- Testing new developed solutions before providing to the customers.
- Work on Shift base 24/7.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of computer science or any equivalent
- Good knowledge of Linux.
- Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL.
- Fair to Good Knowledge with Oracle / Postgres database.
- Javascript knowledge is preferred.
