Job Description
Job Objective:
Drive and Oversee VM team to ensure that the look and feel of the stores align with the marketing plan through implementing display guidelines and VM various concepts. This includes setting a floor plan that represents the products and is aligned with the Business's Seasonal Merchandise Strategy delivers & exceeds the budgeted volume and profit goals.
Responsibilities:
- leads the day-to-day operations of his team(VMs) and drive them to implement the shopper marketing plan.
- Develops in-store communication to improve the shopping experience and leads its implementation in the stores.
- Develop display guidelines to enhance stores look, feel, and leads its implementation in the store & create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
- Designs and leads all visual merchandising activities and ensure that all stores are consistent.
- Come up with revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers.
- Change the display to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years as of related work experience.
- Ms Office and AutoCAD are a plus.
- Achievement-oriented with demonstrated leadership potential.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with an ability to take data and transform into future strategies.
- Enthusiastic team player who enjoys taking on challenges.
