Job Description
- Identify the needed electrical maintenance operations from Hardware, Software, and equipment in the factory and distribute the work on the staff.
- Assists the Electrical Section Head / Manager in setting the periodical maintenance plans.
- Analyze and improve the maintenance process in order to save time and decrease the number of workers.
- Assist in preparing the annual maintenance program in coordination with the direct manager.
- Assist in preparing the needed information in order to make the periodical reports and the annual budget.
- Prioritizes and implements schedules relating to planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities for an allocated area.
- Ensures all approved procedures and manuals are current, readily available, understood, and complied with by all technicians and assistants.
- Conducts a range of technically based studies to assess performance against efficiency, downtime, and safety parameters and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Ensures the implementation and adherence to approved health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures and systems that protect Company staff and assets and meet their community responsibilities.
- Participate in all the meetings of the department.
- Prepare a report on the needs of the factory from spare parts.
- Analyze and improve the maintenance process of any electrical equipment in the factory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, electromechanical preferred.
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a maintenance/production environment for a commercial/industrial organization.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong internal focus on clients.
