إعداد وتطوير تصميمات المناظر الطبيعية ورسومات الخطة والتقارير والاستراتيجيات.
- متابعة الصيانة الروتينية والتقدم المحرز في أوجه القصور المبلغ عنها والتأكد من أن صيانة الري بالمستوى المطلوب.
- اعداد و تطوير تصاميم المناظر الطبيعية الصلبة واللينة.
- إعداد رسومات المناظر الطبيعية التفصيلية.
- ضمان النجاح المستمر لتثبيت المعدات الهندسيه للري و الزراعه وأن يتم الإبلاغ عن المشاكل ومعالجتها.
- التأكد من استيفاء جميع الالتزامات التعاقدية واتفاقات مستوى الخدمة من قبل المقاولين.
- تمثيل االشركه في تحقيق الجودة وأفضل الممارسات.
- المساعدة في الحصول على المعلومات والخطط والموارد لضمان الانتقال السلس والفعال من حيث التكلفة من هندسة المناظر الطبيعية إلى عمليات صيانة الأنابيب و مضخات الري و الصرف.
- ضمان تسجيل وفهم دقيق للمنظر الطبيعي المثبت.
- تنفيذ صيانة الري والمزارع الجديدة.
- إعداد العقود وخطط الموازنة والتكاليف التقديرية.
- مسح المواقع والإشراف على المشروع حسب التقدم.
- التأكد من أن الأعمال التعاقدية ذات جودة عالية ، ويتم تسليمها بأمان وأن تحقق الراحة المجتمعية.
- المساعدة في تصميم وتطوير وطرح عقد صيانة المناظر الطبيعية.
- تقديم مقترحات الموافقة والموافقة على الجداول الزمنية.
- إعداد الميزانيات لاستخدامات الأراضي بعد لوائح التخطيط والتصميم.
- كتابه تقارير فعالة بالإضافة إلى تقديم المادة باحتراف.
- التواصل مع المهنيين الآخرين مثل المهندسين المعماريين والمساحين ومخططي المدن والمهندسين المدنيين
- Prepares and develops landscape design and master plan drawings, reports, and strategies.
- Monitor routine maintenance and progress on reported deficiencies and ensure that irrigation maintenance is of the required standard.
- Ensures the viability and continued success of the installation and that issues are reported and addressed.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations and associated Service Level Agreements are met by the contractors.
- Represent Community in achieving quality and best practice landscaping.
- Assist in acquiring information, plans and resources to ensure a seamless and cost-efficient transition from Landscaping to Pipes' maintenance processes.
- Ensure a thorough record and understanding of the installed landscape.
- implement irrigation maintenance and new plantation.
- Producing contracts, budgeting plans and estimated costs.
- Surveying sites and overseeing the project as in progress.
- Ensure that contractual works are of a high quality, safely delivered and are managed to consider community comfort and convenience.
- Assist in the design, development and tender of the Landscape Maintenance Contract.
- Presenting proposals for approval and agreeing timescales.
- Prepares budgets for land usages following planning and design regulations.
- Prepares and develops hard and soft landscape designs.
- Prepares detailed landscape drawings.
- Writes effective memos, and reports in addition to professionally presenting the material.
- Liaising with other professionals such as architects, surveyors, town planners and civil engineer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
- 10+ years demonstrated experience working in landscape design and implementation.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, organization skills.
- Has full awareness of all required governmental regulations
