Job Description
Qawafil for real-estate investment is hiring Senior Property consultant with at least 2 years’ experience in (New Cairo Beat El Watan, Al Andalous, Narges Extension )
- Handle all customers’ segmentation to maximize company sales.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market
- Conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing
- Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Record the customer personal information accurately in a CRM system
Job Requirements
- Real estate of experience (3-7) years
- Resident nearby 5th settlement is preferred
- Very Presentable
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
