Job Description
- Create new maintenance contracts and manage the existing contracts for security/ AV systems by following up the renewal on exact date and monitor the performance of the service delivery
- Managing the invoices of the maintenance contracts
- Managing the QAC of the maintenance contracts
- Responsible to provide the monthly and quarterly cost control report consist of the analysis required
- Manage the receiving of the projects from installation teams and the new SLA’s
- Responsible to prepare & provide the service reports to the messengers from finance Dept. for during collection cycle.
- Responsible to following up the process of each invoice process begin with invoice release by financial Dept. until collection done
- Responsible to present the training schedule every week cooperated with the OP Team to assign the exact trainer and the training program
- Escalate the required reports and following up all of the above duties with the Tech. Support Manager
Job Requirements
- Education: Computer Science or any field related to technology
- Must have sales skills and communication (Oral/Written) / interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to establish rapport and motivate associates at all levels in an effective manner
- Must have ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must possess strong computer skills and have the ability to effectively use Internet and Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Self-motivated and desire to succeed
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience: 2+ years of working with any of the IT, ELV and AV business market
