Job Description

Ensure the stability of the workflow in the factory and ensure the implementation of the maintenance programs during shifts and well known by DCS 800XA (ABB control builder) and S7 ( Siemens step 7) as well
- Preparing and reviewing the instrumentation maintenance reports.
- Assist in setting the instrumentation maintenance plans and follow up its implementation during shift
- Participate in finding solutions for technical problems.
- Work on increasing the efficiency of the department.
- Study the requirements of the factory from SP and machines
- Suggest new methods and implement necessary changes to improve work efficiency and save time
- Coordinate with the other departments
- Participate in the meetings including the daily meetings with the staff and the meetings with other departments during shifts
- Follow up the work of the strategic machines and equipment
- Make analyses to the annual and monthly expenses and try to decrease it
- Assist in leading the staff team toward the achievement of their individual and collective objectives, while supporting their motivation and development to sustain and enhance team performance and realise individual potential.
- Participates in major maintenance studies in order to arrive at well-founded conclusions and recommendations
- Identify the needs of the factory from spare parts and materials and ensure its availability.
- Assists in Planning, controlling and managing all maintenance activities, ensuring that quality and service standards are met and that targets are achieved, or exceeded, all within approved budget levels.
- Well known by instrumentations ( FT,TT,PT,…,Qnsistency,….) and how to calibrate
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering disciple, preferably electrical
- A Minimum of 4 years stretching experience in a commercial/industrial enterprise maintenance / production
- Good English language skills.
- Good management and team leadership skills.
- Good planning and organising skills.
- Well developed computer skills.
- Good communication skills
