Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Switches, Subnets, VLAN's, DNS, Network Shares,File/Print services.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
- Managing and troubleshooting any end-user equipment printers, Scanners.
- Check service desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
- Check configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
- Coordinate PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
- Assign users and computers to proper groups in active directory.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Working 24/7 in different sites.
- CCNA - MCSA Knowledge is Must.
- 0-2 years of experience in a relevant position.
