Job Description
- Lead all project resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to the project.
- Act as point of contact and coordinate directly with general contractor and negotiate change orders.
- Monitor progress against accepted construction schedule and review the Contractor’s progress reports.
- Direct, assist and monitor the performance of Construction Inspection and Office Engineering staff.
- Regularly review and approve contract submittals and payment applications to contractors.
- Direct, assist and monitor the performance of Construction Inspection and Office Engineering staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 12+ years’ experience, with at least 2 years in similar position
