Job Description
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- Provide onsite and remote help desk support to end users.
- Diagnoses and resolves end-user software, hardware, Network printer, e-mail, internet problems.
- Track, update, and maintain help desk tickets using the incident management tool
- Delivers, tags, set up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop / laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Job Requirements
- Experience 2-4 years in a similar position
- Experience with Windows 10, 7, Androids and iPhones.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Awareness about Microsoft one drive and Microsoft intune
- Awareness about the server room environment will be an asset.
- Understanding of networking LAN concepts
- Excellent language Skills
- Excellent communication skills
