Job Description
- Support the Finance GM, leading the Finance team, establishing the Financial Planning, and transform the Finance to be a strategic business enabler.
- Oversee the financial accounting, management accounting, costing, taxes and product pricing.
- Establishfinance policies, processes and standards.
- Establish the financial planning section, including budgeting process.
- Participate in financial investment models.
- Developfinancial analysis techniques and framework that enables cost and business expense management
- Assisting the company management in strategic planning of all financial matters, provide financial advice and counsel to the top management, participate in the commercial due diligence and resolutions as well as collaborate with the management in mitigating finance related risks.
- Assist in addressing shareholders’ requirements from the Finance department as well as managing relationships with stakeholders including board members, finance authorities and other Egyptian government parties of interest in the company’s financial matters.
- Provide financial support and investment analysis necessary to enable the company’s strategies. Likewise, give feedback to the management on decisions or business plans that may result in less favorable impact.
- Preferably has experience in payment transactions business and commercial models.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor of Commerce, MBA or equivalent.
- Professional Accounting Designation (CPA,CMA….).
