Job Description
- The Swiss Quality has an opening for a Copyright Infringement Expert Witness to prosecute and defend copyright cases, proving liability and filing for actual damages and the valuation of lost profits.
- In this role, you would be working directly with our CEO!
Job Duties:
- To prove copyright infringements
- To assess damages
- To file complaints with social media, web hosting companies, registrars and where necessary
- To collaborate with our lawyers in preparing cases and providing evidence
Work Conditions & Environment:
- The Swiss Quality was established in 2019, is formally established in Switzerland, in the beautiful Canton of Luzern, though most of our staff are our Egyptian friends, working from home in Egypt.
- In April 2020, we proudly count more than 10 employees working from home in Egypt, and we are proud of their commitment. Some have been working with us from the very beginning... Somaia, Ahmad, AbdulAziz, Noha, Yasmeen, Safaa, Shrouk, Heidi, Nour and Ayah are part of the team!
- Salaries, or Contractor Compensation, as we call them, are paid monthly on the first day of the month (1 May, 1 June, 1 July...) either through direct bank transfer or PayPal.
