Job Description
- Works as a link between the customs clearance and the client regarding the speed and accuracy of its implementation of the clearance procedures for its shipments to ensure the satisfaction of the client and provide the operations supervisor Powell first position of all shipments.
- Prepare customs documentation and ensure that shipments meet all applicable laws to facilitate the import and export of goods.
- Determine and track duties, taxes payable and process payments on behalf of client.
- Sign documents under a power of attorney.
- Represent clients in meetings with customs officials and apply for duty refunds and tariff reclassification.
- Coordinate transportation and storage of imported goods
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience of same position
- Fluent English
- Experience in customer service in clearance field
