Job Description
- Manage Exports, International Trade, Customer Service & support Business Development.
- Potential customers Identification and Development.
- Develop and maintain customer database.
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Contribute to the achievement of the budget objectives meet individually assigned objectives in order to enhance company s market share.
- Develop sales proposals and present sales contracts.
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
- Build a long-term business relationship with clients.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
- Planning transport routes by carrying out a detailed study of cost effective trade routes.
- Planning best means of transport to meet the cost as well as time barriers.
- Ensuring the safe delivery of goods by handling and taking proper care of goods during transport.
- Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out foreign trade.
- Verify the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Ensure whether the rules and regulations are met
Job Requirements
- University Graduate, with preference to Commercial, Logistical or Export related Studies
- 5 -7 Years of Experience in Exports
- Excellent level of English language is a Must
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
