Position Summary
Act as a single point of contact for all businesses for implementation "Picture of success" in field.
A day in the life of...
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (GPS, TTS, Contracts, Visibility & Merchandising) for the assigned customers
- Follow up, update and flawless execution of Field Sales Plan for whole market/country.
- Execute daily monitoring of Sales Rep. Performance vs. "Picture of Success"
- Responsible for the execution of the Channel and Customer Category plans at the point of sales (Cycle Plan from ICP). Support the development of Field Sales, Channel and Customer Plans for each category by providing feedback on the Cycle plan activities agreed in action plans.
- Responsible for providing quality and on-time information about demand forecast from customer, report on market dynamics, novelties performance on the market, monitor quality of our products.
Job Requirements
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales
- FMCG experience is an advantage
