Job Description
- Search and collect all kinds of materials submitted by the company;
- To be responsible for the business handling of the company and external government agencies;
- Be responsible for the relationship maintenance, communication, coordination and handling of counterpart government departments;
- Coordinate and handle other public relations of the company.
- Deal and manage feedback and complaints from external stakeholders.
- Generate reports on feedback received.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in public relations or other related majors.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience; working experience in a large multinational corporation is preferred;
- Proficient in the information release ways and procedures of relevant government departments;
- Proficient in various application processes of government departments, and actively track key points.
- Familiar with the national and relevant department policies, knowledge of foreign engineering construction field is preferred;
- Fluent in daily English communication
