Job Description
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses
- Collaborate with designers, clients, and contractors on estimates.
- Consult with industry experts to discuss estimates and resolve issues
- Work with sales teams to prepare estimates and bids for clients
- Ensure accurate, reliable and complete project within cost estimated
- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data and maintain estimation records for future tender and cost evaluations
- Come up with creative and innovative ideas/ alternatives in order to ensure a competitive cost estimation and efficient works plan
Job Requirements
- University Graduate (architecture or applied arts graduates are preferred)
- Perfect AUTOCAD
- Perfect Excel
- V.Good English
- Structural Calculations preferred
- Fresh graduate or max 3 years experience in Aluminum and Glass design and estimation
- Interpersonal Skills: Representative – Excellent Communication skills – Sharp.
- Gender: (Female Candidates are preferred)
