Job Description

  • Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Assisting the management team with any administrative tasks, preparing or updating reports.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Communicating with staff, clients, suppliers, and others in a timely and professional manner
