Job Description
- Managing all internal communication activities within Prime Group to become a primary source of information for employees within the company and throughout its branches.
- Issuance of all internal communication emails pertaining to members of Prime Group, including HR-related communique, Social activities, Personnel, company-related achievements, partnerships, etc.
- Management of communication flow within Prime Holding and subsidiaries as needed.
- Arranging all internal company events including big meetings, trainings, social gatherings, etc.
- Consolidating daily internal communication briefs to employees outlining highlights of the day’s activities as defined by the various stakeholders.
- Management of the content and regular updates of the company Intranet and its interface in coordination with the IT team and all relevant stakeholders.
- Being an active, cooperative and resourceful member of the brand and communication team for Prime Group.
Job Requirements
- A good understanding of basic communication techniques
- Good writing skills in English and Arabic.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work smoothly with various departments within the company
- Ability to understand research and summarize it in concise well-written abstracts and highlights
- Good basic IT knowledge of CMS (content management systems), and all basic computer skills needed to manage the company’s Intranet
- Professionalism is of high importance
- A degree in the fields of Mass Communication, Journalism,
Marketing, Integrated Marketing/Communication, Business
Administration or other relevant fields.
