Job Description
- Follow up and respond for all correspondences with foreign suppliers.
- Follow up and update all financial accounts of foreign suppliers.
- Follow up all orders and shipments for foreign trade.
- Follow up all orders and raw materials level for production line.
- Follow up on clearance for all incoming shipments.
- Follow up on registration and licenses with all governmental parties.
- Apply new products study (costs and pricing).
- Coordination and arrangement of all files related to the department, bills ....... etc.
Job Requirements
- Age between 25-30.
- Fluent in English is a Must and French is a plus.
- He has at least 1 to 3 years' experience in import filed.
- Ability to assign tasks out of dedicated working hours.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Must be a resident of Giza city.
