Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
Help maintain code quality, organization, and repair application defects regardless of component, including front-end, business logic, middleware, or database (SQL and data modeling).
Design and implement reporting module using SQL Tools
Creating database triggers for automation, e.g., automatic email notifications
Creating table indexes to improve database performance
Programming views, stored procedures, and functions
Preferred: defining and writing programs using .NET Framework technologies, and creates data-driven web parts using .NET technologies.
Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
Provide 24x7 supports for critical production systems.
Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve performance & production problems & data issues

Bachelor’s Degree.
3+ years MS SQL Server Administration experience required
Strong experience in .Net with SQL Development
Experience in designing, implementing, supporting, and analyzing enterprise scale applications using the following technologies: SQL Server and Transact SQL (SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS), JavaScript/jQuery, XML & .NET
Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
Experience with development tool sets including Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, unit testing frameworks & source control
Strong Understand on the requirement and come up with Technical Design
Good experience in building the code and do Unit Test to ensure required functionality is met
Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
Excellent written and verbal communication
Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
Work under pressure
