Job Description
- Leads the SAP implementation strategy based on the company needs.
- Define and enhance SAP implementation methodologies and practices with continuous improvement.
- Assess business process requirements - Analyze the structure and flow of the business’ work to identify possible solutions.
- Leads the functional consultants (FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM, MM, and HCM) and guides them to ensure successful implementation.
- Responsible for building, and maintaining effective and efficient technical practice(s) (people, processes, tools, measurement, etc.) in SAP Practice.
- Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how SAP can enable new sources of value.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; Computer Science or related field.
- At least 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation.
- At least 5 years as an (SAP & Application Manager).
- Technical exposure in different SAP modules like Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and Manufacturing processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills which provide the ability to establish and build working relationships with individuals throughout the organization
