Job Description
- Purchase of contracting materials, supplies, equipment and services
Implement the department's procedures and achieve the department's goals
Dealing with the daily activities of the Procurement Department.
Ensure that the competent quality is implemented for all normal procurement duties and administrative work.
Scheduling supplier visits and conducting competitors survey. Implement and monitor all normal purchasing duties
Coordination with user departments and suppliers
Responsible for preparing and processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and coordinate item deliveries between suppliers to ensure all items are delivered on time.
Select, choose and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, items, delivery and services with suppliers.
