Job Description
Qtrans is looking for an efficient HR/resource management coordinator to undertake a variety of resource management duties. You will facilitate daily RM functions like keeping track of resources’ records while helping with the recruitment scheduling and sourcing candidates as per business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain files and records (Hard and Soft copies)
- Ensure employees and third-party personal information and records are up to date.
- Handle foreigners’ work.
- Hiring employees upon requests in different regions.
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, performance reference check.
- Package negotiations with prospect resources
- Maintaining NDAs / W8-W9 forms
Job Requirements
Qualifications& Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant field; additional education in Human Resources Management will be a plus
- A minimum of 1-3 years of Administrative HR experience.
- Full proficiency in English is a must- Additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Self-starter who can work independently
