Job Description
- Plan the implementation of the performance improvement program that meets the needs of stakeholders.
- Performs periodic performance reviews (PPR) and provides performance reports.
- Analyze Business Units processes’ in terms of Procedures, Forms, Controls, KPIs, SLAs..etc.
- Participating in new processes design and creating restructuring plans.
- Provide consultative services (e.g. research relevant international standards ) for GB Auto staff towards meeting standards of performance improvement, and organizational compliance.
- Meet with concerned entities to grab business requirements in order to understand activity needs and flow of operations
- Translate business requirements into documentation in form of processes, description, flowcharts, forms and other in order to facilitate automation Gather data from a variety of sources, as directed, for use in analysis
- Conduct interviews/meetings with concerned process owners to define and map “as-is” processes and agree on process inputs/outputs to ensure standardization and consistency
- Collect data for use in research and analysis in order to assist in the provisioning of advice and assistance on quality management and performance monitoring
- Maintain proper filing of documentation with relation to consistency, templates, and quality management requirements and established standards
- Assist in changing procedures as advised by the direct supervisor to ensure options and recommendations are properly deployed

Job Requirements
- MBA preferable
- 10 years of experience
