Job Description
- Prepare Business Development Plans and Strategies to ensure financial and institutional sustainability
- Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth/profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction
- Lead the commercial team to achieve the desired goals
- Maintain proper follow-up on the implementation of pre-set goals and strategies and identify all business opportunities to increase sales volumes and market share.
- Identify and develop relationships with new customers at all levels, in order to develop an awareness of the benefits of the products and services
- Visit existing and new customers when needed to develop and renew relationships to facilitate the expansion of the Company’s trading portfolio throughout the market.
- Awareness of Industry competition and competitors’ activities within the market
- Provide customers with quotations, develop action plans and Manage the implementation plans’ facilitation with the team
- Negotiate the terms of a sales agreement and close the deal.
- Work closely with other divisions to find opportunities to cross-sell
Job Requirements
- 10 years of experience.
- MBA preferable
- Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Professional Net-worker
- Develop new customers and business opportunities
- Excellent command of English Language
- Ability to plan, formulate and implement and through Business Development Strategies.
